Customize the Kingsman ZCV3622 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace - 36 inches according to your preference by selecting an interior decorative liner available in options like porcelain reflective or brick patterns. The fireplace's millivolt valve system operates without requiring electricity and features a standing pilot, ensuring functionality even during power outages. It provides adjustable hi-low heat and flame settings. The intermittent pilot ignition employs electronic components and an electrode for pilot ignition. This IPI system guarantees immediate burner ignition by extending the pilot flame over the burner. It also conserves energy when the fireplace is not in use. The fireplace incorporates a flame sensor that continually monitors the pilot flame. In case the pilot flame is not detected, the system enacts a 100% gas shut off, prioritizing safety and dependability during fireplace operation. The fireplace employs a direct vent system, characterized by a closed flue arrangement that enables both air and combustion gases to utilize the same coaxial flue pipe. This feature positions it as one of the most efficient gas fireplaces available in the market.

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@generationecostore.com

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@generationecostore.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
