Eligibility and Duration: All fireplaces purchased from LuxuryFireplaceStore.com are covered by an extended warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for an additional one or two years following the original manufacturer’s warranty period. The duration of this Extended Warranty depends on the chosen option at purchase.
Coverage Details:
- This warranty supplements your statutory rights.
- The Extended Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the fireplace. The coverage begins the day after the original manufacturer's warranty expires and terminates upon sale or transfer of the fireplace.
- The Warranty covers replacement of major components like heating elements, controls, glass doors, and fireplace body. It excludes damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
- Exclusions include normal wear and tear of components, consumable parts, damage due to non-compliance with maintenance instructions, accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved parts.
- LuxuryFireplaceStore.com is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized services or the use of non-approved parts.
Claims Process:
- To file a claim, contact LuxuryFireplaceStore.com’s support team with photos or videos showing the damaged component.
- Our team will assist in diagnosing the issue and, if necessary, guide you through obtaining a replacement part.
- After receiving the replacement, support will be provided for installing or integrating the new component.
